摘要

开放式炼胶机简称开炼机，又称双困混炼机。是橡，塑制品加工利用最早最广泛的基本装备之1。它是通过两个水平设置并以不同的线速度相对回转的辊筒，并以橡胶或树脂为主要成份的原材料经过剪切、混合，制成符合生产加工胚形材料。

本次毕业设计课题是XK⑷50开炼机。随着社会的不断进步及技术的不断更新，新型的开炼机具有大辊径、高辊速、大驱动功率等特点。开炼机主要由辊筒、滚筒轴承、调距装置、机架及横梁、传动装置、调温装置、安全及之动作装置与几座等组成。本文主要针对开炼机的传动系统本分做了主要的分析和计算，这次设计的传动系统采取1台异步机电通过圆柱齿轮减速器、驱动齿轮、速比齿轮而带动两个辊筒以不同的线速度相对回转，这是各类型开炼机普遍采取的1种传动情势，这类开炼机结构简单、工作可靠制造容易且本钱低但是缺点是传动效力相对较低、不容易保护、寿命短；另外设计了辊筒的结构和尺寸，对开炼机的机架和梁部份也做了弯矩协力的校核分析，对其他的及其部件也做了简单的分析和选配。
